Lockdown 2.0 Information


To all our wonderful customers,
As we temporally close the doors of the boutique, we at itsy Bitsy would like to reassure you that we will be continuing to provide our amazing shopping experience, just in a slightly different and more virtual way. We as a team are staying positive about what lies ahead and will remain as a thriving community hub when we re-open in December.
To all our fellow small business pals here in the High Peak, we are sending you lots of love and together we will get through this storm. We truly empathise with you that this has been an extremely testing time, but if this year has taught us anything, it is that we must adapt and overcome. Please SHOP LOCAL and SUPPORT SMALL wherever you can, we have never needed your support more and we can’t put into words how much we appreciate it, we our blessed to have such a supportive community.
We will be offering FREE LOCAL DELIVERY and our click and collect service from our store will still be available: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am-2pm, starting week commencing Monday 9th November. We will be available for any telephone payments and virtual one-to-one shopping via video messenger during these times.
Throughout November we will be regularly updating our website with new arrivals and we aim to have everything in-store available to order online. Please follow our social media platforms to keep updated with our latest collections, exciting offers and behind the scenes updates. We will be coming to you with lots of inspirational content, LIVE videos, virtual shopping experiences and quiz nights with lots of live giveaways to keep everyone smiling. We have also updated our Facebook V.I.P page and we have lots planned to keep spreading the love and Christmas joy – so please join our IB family.
Although we have to go back into hibernation, the high-street is certainly not dead. Once again, we wait patiently to re-open our doors and we hope to come back stronger than ever before, and when we do, we are here for you. We endeavour to re-open our boutique on Wednesday 2nd December and look forward to the festivities.
In the meantime, we are excited to be playing Santa’s little elves, getting all your orders packed and prepared for delivery or collection. We have been blown away this year by all your kind messages, gifts, love and continued custom. Thankyou so much to everyone, we are so lucky to have customers that are like one big family.

How can I shop with you during lockdown?


We remain open online 24/7, with 3 new delivery/collection options. 

  • Free local delivery (chapel en le frith only) on all orders over £15. If you are unavailable when we deliver you will need to arrange collection with us from the store. Please only opt for this service if you are at home during the daytime. 
  • Free Click & Collect from the boutique Mon, Weds, Fri 10am-2pm
  • Standard U.K shipping fee £4.50 and free over all orders over £40

Can I use my paper gift voucher online?

All in-store paper gift vouchers that expired during lockdown or are due to expire will be extended to use when we re-open until Christmas. Paper gift vouchers purchased in-store are not valid to use online. Paper vouchers cannot be used whilst we are closed, but we do look forward to helping you spend them when we re-open. 

How do I return an unwanted item?

Items purchased 14 days prior to Lockdown 2.0 will be able to be returned for up to 14 days after we re-open in December, inline with our returns policy including proof of purchase. Our online policy remains the same, please follow this link for more information. >>

Can Christmas gifts be exchanged?

As from the 1st November 2020, we commenced our Christmas exchange policy. All items purchased from the 1st November until the 24th December will be valid to exchange only until the 16th January. We do not offer credit notes for Christmas exchanges. 

If I need to speak to a member of the team when will they be available?

We will be at the boutique Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10am-2pm and our telephone number is 01298 938118 and we will be available during these hours. We will be on hand to answer any questions and to take payments via the phone for store gift vouchers. We aim to reply to all messages, comments, and emails within 48 hours.
