All items are sent tracked through DPD and require a signature.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days (weekends and bank holidays not included). On certain occasions we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case, your order will be with you as soon as possible and you will be notified via email. Delivery times will vary during busy periods i.e., Christmas and Black Friday.

Red Cuckoo, jewellery and scarves are ordered in on a weekly basis and are not available at all times in our store or warehouse. All orders placed for Red Cuckoo, jewellery or scarves will be sent out within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Please contact us if you require the item by a certain date so we can give you an approximate expected delivery date.

All our bag sizes are approximate measurements and postage fee will not be refunded for incorrect measurements. 

We try to give approx sizes on our one size fits all Italian clothing. This is just a guideline and does not make returns liable for postage refunds should the free-size item not fit correctly.

UK Purchases are delivered using DPD Local, all parcels require a signature upon delivery. We will always ship to your chosen destination and recommend you ensure you check your details as we will not be liable for any parcels delivered in error.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving, please email us on itsybitsyboutiqueuk@gmail.com, stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email. Please be assured all our deliveries are fully tracked.

Parcels are sent from our warehouse Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost. Please contact us on 01298 938118 if you wish to arrange for Saturday delivery.

If you require any further special delivery requirements, please contact us for a quote.

 

Instore Collection

All orders are available for collection from our boutique store in Chapel-en-le-Frith. Please ensure before collecting that you have received an email or notification stating your order has been processed and is awaiting pickup. 

Your name and order number will be required upon collection. Unfortunately without ID we will be unable to release your order from our store. This is due to the Data Protection Act.

Items must be collected within 14 days of receipt. If for any reason you are unable to collect within this time frame please contact us via email. Items uncollected after 14 days will be refunded back onto your account and you will be liable for 15% of your order price to cover warehouse restocking fees. This is non-negotiable. 

 

Sale Items

Any item purchased in the sale are strictly non- returnable. 

Any sale items returned to us will be held in our warehouse until you arrange re-delivery. 

Sale items that have not been collected in-store or arranged return within 60 days will be donated to a local charity.

  

Shipping
We can ship to any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on certain products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

We cannot ship any liquids outside of the EU. If you accidentally order these; we will contact you and refund you for the products that are not eligible for shipping.

Online Returns Policy

You may return most unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage fees). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.) otherwise you are liable for the return postage cost.

Items returned to us after 14 days will be held in our warehouse until payment is made for the item to be returned to you.

Any items purchased at a reduced price due to a fault will NOT be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your item/s.

If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions on your returns form. Any further problems, please contact us at itsybitsyboutiqueuk@gmail.com with your order number. 

Please note earrings, candles, hats and hair accessories are non-returnable.

 

Returns MUST be received in their original condition as defined below:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tags still attached
  • No marks on items including make up, fake tan and deodorant.
  • Any original packaging i.e. boxes, bags must be included        
  • No odours (tobacco, pets or perfume)

 

All items are checked before dispatch. Items which are not received back to us in their original condition, as defined above, will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender.

Please take extra care when trying on your order.

In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

We do not offer an exchange service. Any items returned will be refunded and a new order can be placed.

Any highly embellished items will be assessed by 3 members of staff before dispatch to check for faults. As any loss of beads/sequins/diamantes, after the item has been washed and worn, cannot be returned.

 

Any item that a customer receives and believes to be faulty, must be reported to us within 48 hours via email itsybitsyboutiqueuk@gmail.com or by telephone on 01298 938118. Failure to comply may result in your item being rejected. We also have a time frame to return the item back to our supplier.This is strictly none negotiable.

 

As a seller we are not responsible for fair wear and tear laundry errors or modifications / adaptations. We are not obliged to offer a refund or exchange for goods that have become worn over time. We will consider any faults within 4 weeks of purchase. If a worn item becomes faulty within 4 weeks of purchase, please contact us via email itsybitsyboutiqueuk@gmail.com. We may require photo(s) to enable us to assess the next action. Anything after that time is classed as wear and tear. Please keep all receipts for warranty purposes. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Instore Returns Policy

You may return most items within 14 days for exchange or in-store credit.

All items must be returned with the original till receipt/s. A card payment receipt is not accepted alone and an exchange will not be granted. This is due to our loyalty card scheme and             in-house offers. Unfortunately we cannot accept any items back without a receipt and an exchange will be at our discretion.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months only.

Gift Note items are exchange only and valid for 4 weeks. Any unwanted items must be exchanged within this 4 week period.

We strictly do not exchange washed or worn items.

As a seller we are not responsible for fair wear and tear, so we are not obliged to offer an exchange for goods that have become worn over time. However, we will assess any manufacturing issues within 4 weeks of purchase. Anything after this date is classed as wear and tear. Proof of purchase is essential. We recommend you keep your receipt for warranty purposes.

 

Black Friday Policy 2019:

We will strictly not be accepting exchanges & returns on Black Friday. Anything £10 and under is non-returnable. Sale items, items sold with faults and clearance items are non-returnable. Gift vouchers are exempt from the sale.
